If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:
Fall Semester: 06/18/2025 - 09/18/2025
Spring/Summer Semester: 11/20/2025 - 02/19/2026
Summer Semester: 05/01/2026 - 06/17/2026
